walkin' the strat
This past weekend was chock full o'fun...danO's birthday party across the street and lizardKid's party here at lakeLizardmusic and a mixing and mingling of the two. Plus a nice boat ride, cove swimming, stand up paddling,
and slippnslide deluxe.
Everybody had a good time. jimmyD showed up with 5 lbs of Lawler's BBQ (which was neglected, so I managed to stash away, ha!)...there was ribs, boston butts, pork loin, confetti cake, slimjims, kegs o'brew, piano playing dude...you name it, we had it.
I got my strat back from Turner's Music and finally got the chance to do a little jammin' on it...like the new setup...(and don't it look nice on the snake strap!)
I paddled about a mile or so on my board this morning, then had a good ride on the seadoo up to sandy beach in spencer creek. It's been a beautiful day, glad all of the weather forecasters were wrong again.

Sorry I managed to miss that (obviously good) party last weekend. I knew it was going to be fun but Slim Jims? Man.

....slim jims, beef jerky, airheads, raisenettes, funfetti cake, dunkaroos, sweetarts, hot tamales...all the food groups were represented, including BigMacs....you missed out pitcherlady... and we sure missed you, one of my favoritest peoples. Come see me sometime.
