Ok, it's a spring breeze, but I'll take it!  Finally a nice sunshiney day, and I have had the foresight to take this day off from realwork.  May 20th and we haven't been able to enjoy any real boating yet..lord, lord, lord.  What indeed is a lakelizard to do!  Well, watching a seadoo battery charge right now...see that's the sort of thing most people wouldn't know how to enjoy.  But with a cold Presidente and a good cigar, it's a good time.  I'm thinking at least 3 hrs worth for a full charge (the battery I mean).  I may take a little longer, just depending. 

I did not attend a gathering at MennoniteMalcolms' the other night, but understand it was another good one.  I've heard there was a little discussion about me attending the Elton John/Billy Joel concert instead of the picking.  Something about questioning my manhood....well, if a group of grown men want to sit around together and discuss Elton Johns sexual preferences while UncleH is out on a date with a beautiful woman, then so be it.  Lakelizardmusic does not discriminate red, yellow, black or white...or even rainbow if that's your preference boys...not that there's anything wrong with that.  I support your right to do so.

In other news, my cousin has been announced as the Alabama Broadcaster of the Year, AND inducted into the Alabama Broadcasters Hall of Fame.  Pretty cool for a good ol'boy!  As I've said before, it you're in the area of Opp, Alabama, tune in 1290 AM and tell 'em I sent ya.  Congratulations again RJ!
