Talked to JimmyD tonight and he's heading to Vegas in a few weeks to meet up with our buddies Nadia and Gary from London. That trip should be a big ol' pile of fun. Nadia and Gary's first trip to the states I guess and I hope they have a large time. We all certainly had a party in Antigua on the Wadadli Cat and after on the patio with rums and cokes and laughs and smiles. Good times. JimmyD, buy that boy some catfish!
Seems I've spent the evening talking 'bout lakelizardmusic and life and stuff...on the way home from realwork (yes, it's a realwork weekend--bite my tongue--ok) I had songs and music ramblin' through my head, and I rolled around to a song I wrote years ago...seems appropriate, so hear 'tis:
