Ok...2009

Realwork sucked and was full of gloom and depression when I last worked on December 31, 2008...I sure hope 2009 gets off to a better start tomorrow when I return.  I am oh so optimistic.  For everybody.  Good luck.

Hope you've noticed that the autoplay songs on the website have been changed.  These now include, by popular request, Damn Near to Birmingham, and Seam Up the Back.  The other page still has the ProjectOpus player where you can choose several songs to play while you view the flashbacks rolling by.  At ProjectOpus you can also create playlists and download or purchase songs.

Seam Up the Back is a collaboration between Woodham and myself that goes back some 20 years.  I believe it was inspired when he worked at Moskos on Elliston Place in west Nashville watching the world go by.  I've played with several versions over the years...this is the latest.  Recorded at Lakelizardmusic studios, all vocals and instruments by hbsongs...thankyousoverymuch.  (thelouderthebetter).

I like the new player that let's me pick more songs to hear. I been catching up on the website this morning. Having my morning coffee and a\helping of Lake Lizard. Got to love that Nancy O with that birthday trip to St. Vincent's. She has turned out to be a good island traveler. Found someone that can keep the pace. It's been exciting around OP, Kansas. I got new genealogy software for Christmas and I've been busy hunting dead people. Now that I read the Nancy O barn party may be annual, give me a heads up and I try to make #2. Later.

Glad you're keeping up...better late than never, or so they say. Good luck with the dead people...you are now in charge of CSI LAKELIZARDMUSIC...be on standby. Lakelizards in general would be a good study for CSI. Time for an island trip.
